LuckyGame Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistani Players

2. Account Registration

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active LuckyGame account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different devices and payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance across all accounts. If you have forgotten your login details, use the account recovery process rather than registering a new account.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method. LuckyGame reserves the right to verify this information at any time and to request supporting documentation — such as a CNIC or utility bill — as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your LuckyGame login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential. Do not share your account access with any other person. LuckyGame will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

3. Age Verification

LuckyGame takes age verification seriously. The minimum age to create an account and use any LuckyGame service is 18 years. This applies to betting, casino games, live dealer tables, roulette, and any other gambling activity on the platform.

During the account activation process, you will be required to confirm your date of birth. LuckyGame reserves the right to suspend access to betting and casino services pending the completion of age verification at any stage, including after account creation. Verification documents accepted include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or driving licence.

Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be permanently closed without notice. All deposits made by underage players will be refunded to the original payment source. 4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits and financial transactions on LuckyGame are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). LuckyGame does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — please check with your provider before depositing.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your LuckyGame account at any time, subject to the conditions outlined in this section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where this is technically not possible.

5.1 Withdrawal Processing Times

• Verified accounts: Same-day processing for requests submitted before 8:00 PM PKT.

5.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no standard maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though LuckyGame reserves the right to apply withdrawal limits in cases where unusual account activity has been detected.

5.3 Bonus Wagering Before Withdrawal

If your account balance includes funds derived from a bonus, the wagering requirement attached to that bonus must be completed before those specific funds can be withdrawn. Real-money deposits and their associated winnings are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time. Bonus wagering requirements are stated clearly in the terms of each individual promotion.

6. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting and in-play markets available on LuckyGame, including cricket betting, PSL markets, and all other sporting events listed on the platform.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only accepted and binding once you have received an on-screen confirmation from LuckyGame with a unique bet reference number. Bets placed but not confirmed — for example, due to a network interruption — are not valid. LuckyGame reserves the right to refuse or restrict bets at its discretion, including where a technical error in the odds is detected before confirmation.

6.2 Bet Finality

Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player, except through the Cash Out function where this is available and active. The Cash Out value reflects current market conditions and may be less than or greater than the original stake.

6.3 Maximum Payout

The maximum payout on any single cricket or sports bet at LuckyGame is Rs 50,00,000 (five million rupees) per event, regardless of the number of selections in an accumulator. This limit applies to the total payout including stake.

6.4 Errors in Odds

LuckyGame strives to maintain accurate odds at all times. In the event of a manifest error — defined as an odds price that is clearly and materially wrong, such as a 0.10 price on a competitive market — LuckyGame reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. This does not apply to standard market movements or odds that were correct at the time of placement but moved unfavourably after confirmation.

7. Cricket Betting Settlement Rules

Cricket settlement on LuckyGame follows internationally recognised standard rules. The following specific rules apply to Pakistan-focused cricket markets including PSL, Pakistan internationals, and ICC tournaments.

7.1 Match Winner — Abandoned Matches

If a T20 match does not reach the minimum of 5 overs per side required to constitute a valid result, all match winner bets are voided and stakes returned. If a match is reduced by rain and DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) methodology applies to produce an official result after the minimum overs have been completed, all match winner bets settle on the official result regardless of the original target.

7.2 Innings Total Markets

Over/under total runs markets in an innings settle on the official innings total as recorded by the governing body (PCB for domestic Pakistani cricket, ICC for international fixtures). Extras including wides and no-balls are counted. If an innings is not completed for reasons beyond the minimum required overs, these markets are voided.

7.3 Player Performance Markets

Top Batsman, Top Bowler, and Man of Match markets settle on the official result declared by the match officials or governing body. In the case of equal performances (tied run scores for top batsman, for example), settlement follows the official playing conditions — if no official tie-break is applied, LuckyGame will divide winnings equally among the tied selections at the adjusted odds.

7.4 Live In-Play Markets

Ball-by-ball and over-by-over in-play markets settle immediately on the confirmed delivery or over result. In the event of a technical dispute regarding a delivery — for example, a no-ball called after the ball has been played — settlement follows the official scoreboard as updated by the official scoring system used by the broadcaster.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

LuckyGame offers a range of promotions for new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, cricket accumulator insurance, PSL-specific promotions, and VIP Club rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer in addition to the general rules set out here.

8.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount, unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the time period stated in the promotion — typically 7 or 30 days depending on the offer.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per new player. Players who register multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome offers will have all associated accounts permanently closed.

8.2 Accumulator Boost

The boost is calculated on net winnings only — not on the returned stake — and is subject to a maximum boost value of Rs 50,000 per acca. The boost applies to cricket markets only and does not apply to accas that include casino or roulette selections.

8.3 Acca Insurance

Weekly acca insurance on 5+ leg cricket accumulators is credited as a free bet, not as withdrawable cash. The free bet must be used within 7 days of crediting and is subject to the minimum odds and market restrictions stated in the weekly promotion terms.

9. Casino & Live Games

LuckyGame's online casino section includes RNG (Random Number Generator) slots and table games, live dealer tables, and live roulette. All casino games available on LuckyGame are independently certified and audited on a quarterly basis to confirm fairness and compliance with published return-to-player (RTP) percentages.

9.1 Game Malfunction

In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session — for example, a disconnection during a live roulette spin — the result of the affected round will be determined by LuckyGame's game server logs. If the server log cannot confirm a complete and valid game round, all bets from that round will be voided and stakes returned. Malfunctions do not qualify for compensation beyond the stake return.

9.2 Live Dealer Tables

Live dealer games at LuckyGame use physical equipment operated by trained dealers in a supervised studio environment. The video feed is broadcast in real time. If the video feed is interrupted and the game round cannot be completed, bets are voided. If the result was recorded before the interruption, the result stands.

• Use of automated betting software, bots, or other tools designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate market outcomes.
• Abuse of bonus terms, including but not limited to opening accounts specifically to claim multiple welcome offers.
• Betting by a professional sportsperson on events related to their own sport in violation of applicable sporting regulations.
• Any activity that LuckyGame's security team identifies as suspicious, potentially fraudulent, or designed to circumvent platform rules.

Where a suspension is found to be unwarranted following investigation, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned promptly. 14. Changes to These Terms
