Two Ways to Sign In — Password or Mobile OTP

LuckyGame offers two login methods so you can get into your account quickly and securely regardless of what device you're using. Most players in Pakistan use the standard password login — just your username or mobile number combined with the password you set during registration. It's the fastest option if you're on a device you've used before.

The Mobile OTP login is ideal if you've forgotten your password, you're on a shared device, or you just prefer not to type a password on your phone screen. Enter your registered mobile number, receive a 6-digit OTP via SMS, type it in, and you're in. The OTP expires in 5 minutes and can only be used once — so it's just as secure as a password login, arguably more so.

LuckyGame also supports Easypaisa and JazzCash quick-login for players who registered with those payment methods. Tap the button, confirm in your mobile wallet app, and you're logged in without entering any credentials manually. This works on Jazz and Telenor SIMs and is the preferred option for many Pakistani players who primarily use their phones for everything.

Never Share Your OTP

The OTP sent to your mobile during login or password reset is private. No LuckyGame staff member will ever ask for your OTP. If anyone — even someone claiming to be LuckyGame support — asks for your OTP, refuse and report the conversation to us immediately.

Log Out on Shared Devices

If you ever log into LuckyGame on a friend's phone, a cyber café computer, or any shared device, always use the log-out button before leaving. LuckyGame's "Keep me signed in" feature is designed for your personal device only — never tick it on shared hardware.

One Account Per Person

LuckyGame terms allow one account per individual. If you've accidentally created more than one account — perhaps using different email addresses — contact our support team to merge them. Running two accounts simultaneously can result in both being suspended and balances withheld.
