Account & Registration
Registering on LuckyGame takes around 3 minutes. Go to the Register page, fill in your name, date of birth, mobile number, email address and a password. You'll receive an OTP on your mobile to verify your number, after which your account is live and ready to accept your first deposit. The minimum age is 18 — you'll need to confirm this during registration.
No. LuckyGame allows one account per individual. Creating multiple accounts to claim more than one welcome bonus is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and results in all associated accounts being suspended and balances withheld. If you've accidentally created a duplicate, email support@luckygame-jit.com immediately and we'll sort it out before any penalty is applied.
For standard play and smaller withdrawals no documentation is required immediately. For larger withdrawals or if our security team flags unusual activity, you'll be asked to submit:
- Front and back photo of your Pakistani CNIC
- A selfie holding your CNIC next to your face
- A recent utility bill or bank statement showing your name and address
On the Login page, click "Forgot password?" just above the password field. Enter your registered mobile number and you'll receive a 6-digit reset code by SMS. Enter the code, set a new password of at least 8 characters, and you're back in. The reset code expires in 10 minutes. If your registered number is no longer accessible, contact support@luckygame-jit.com for manual identity verification.
Log into your account, go to Account Settings → Profile and you'll find fields for mobile number and email. Changes to your mobile number require OTP verification on both the old and new number. For email changes, a confirmation link is sent to the new address. If you no longer have access to your old number, contact our support team directly.
Deposits & Payment Methods
LuckyGame supports six deposit methods designed specifically for Pakistani players:
- Easypaisa — instant, from Rs 200, works on any Telenor SIM
- JazzCash — instant, from Rs 200, works on Jazz/Warid SIMs
- NayaPay — instant digital bank transfer, min Rs 500
- SadaPay — instant digital bank transfer, min Rs 500
- Bank IBFT — all Pakistani banks (HBL, MCB, UBL, Meezan, etc.), min Rs 1,000, typically clears in 30 minutes
- Visa / Mastercard — Pakistani-issued debit or credit cards, min Rs 500, instant processing
The minimum deposit varies slightly by payment method. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits start at just Rs 200, making LuckyGame accessible for players who want to start small. NayaPay, SadaPay and card deposits have a Rs 500 minimum, while bank IBFT transfers require a minimum of Rs 1,000. There is no upper limit on deposits, though your bank or wallet may impose their own daily transaction limits.
Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay and card deposits all credit your LuckyGame wallet instantly the moment the payment is confirmed. Bank IBFT transfers typically clear within 30 minutes during banking hours; occasional delays of up to 2 hours can occur during peak periods or on bank holidays. If a deposit hasn't appeared after 2 hours, contact support with your bank transaction reference number.
LuckyGame itself charges zero fees on any deposit. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges — for example, Easypaisa charges a small transfer fee for some transaction types. These are not controlled by LuckyGame. For the most fee-friendly experience, deposits via bank IBFT and NayaPay typically carry no sender-side charges.
Withdrawals
Log into your account and go to Wallet → Withdraw. Select your preferred withdrawal method, enter the amount in PKR, and confirm. Withdrawal requests on verified accounts submitted before 8 PM PKT are typically processed the same day. Withdrawals go back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit — this is a standard anti-fraud measure.
The minimum withdrawal on LuckyGame is Rs 500 regardless of the payment method. There is no stated maximum withdrawal for verified accounts, though very large withdrawals may be processed in multiple batches. If you're withdrawing a large sum for the first time, it helps to have your KYC verification complete beforehand to avoid any delays.
Most delays are caused by one of four things:
- KYC not completed — submit your CNIC and selfie to unlock full withdrawal access
- Active bonus wagering requirement — bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before they become withdrawable
- Payment method mismatch — withdrawals must go back to the same method as your last deposit
- Request submitted after 8 PM PKT — it will be processed the following business day
Cricket Betting & PSL
LuckyGame covers all major cricket formats — Test matches, ODIs, T20Is, and most importantly the Pakistan Super League (PSL). Markets include match winner, toss winner, top batsman, top bowler, total runs, fall of next wicket, over-by-over run totals, method of dismissal, player performance specials, and full in-play betting with ball-by-ball markets that update live throughout the match.
If a match is officially abandoned before enough overs are bowled to constitute a result, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes are returned to your LuckyGame wallet within 24 hours. For matches where a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) result is declared, the DLS result is used to settle bets — unless the specific market terms state otherwise. In-play bets placed after the point at which the DLS result becomes applicable are settled on that result.
Yes. LuckyGame offers a cash-out feature on selected in-play markets. When cash-out is available on your bet, a "Cash Out" button appears in your open bets section showing the current value. The offered amount fluctuates with the live odds — accepting it settles the bet instantly at that value. Cash-out availability depends on the specific market and match; not every bet will have the option.
LuckyGame has a dedicated Live Cricket Score section updated ball-by-ball for all major matches, including every PSL fixture. You can monitor the scorecard, current run rate, wickets, and over-by-over breakdown alongside your open bets — no need to switch between apps.

Bonuses & Promotions
The welcome bonus is credited automatically when you make your first qualifying deposit after registering. No bonus code is required. The minimum qualifying deposit amount and the bonus percentage are stated on the current promotions page. Your bonus balance appears separately from your real-money balance in your wallet, and becomes withdrawable after you meet the wagering requirement.
A wagering requirement means you must bet the bonus amount a specified number of times before the bonus converts to real, withdrawable cash. Yes. Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement isn't completed within the stated validity period (typically 7 or 30 days depending on the promotion). Making a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement also forfeits any remaining bonus balance. Account Security
Act immediately. If you can still log in, change your password right away via Account Settings → Security. Then email support@luckygame-jit.com to report the suspected breach — include the date and time of any suspicious activity. Our security team will investigate, freeze any unauthorised withdrawals pending, and help you secure your account. We recommend also changing the password on your email address and mobile wallet to prevent further compromise.
Never. No LuckyGame staff member will ever ask for your account password, OTP, or full payment details via SMS, WhatsApp, phone call, or email. Our support team may ask for your username or registered mobile number to locate your account — but nothing more sensitive than that. If you receive any communication asking for your login credentials and claiming to be from LuckyGame, it is a scam. Do not respond, and forward details to support@luckygame-jit.com.
LuckyGame uses 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages — the same standard used by Pakistani banks. Your payment information is tokenised, meaning the actual card or wallet details are never stored on our servers. Responsible Gaming
